BOË GIN AT THE FLOODGATE
Unless you have been living under a rock for the last decade you will have noticed that Gin has made an astronomical comeback in the last decade. The Dutch spirit that is first recorded around the 16th century and aptly named Mothers Ruin is still a staple in every bar from Amsterdam to Aston. The name “Genever” derives from the Latin for juniper. This medicine was actually given to troops as part of their daily rations.
Fast forward 500 years and the famous tipple has been brought right up to date for the 21st-century aficionado, and nobody does it better than Boë. Distilled in Stirling Scotland with the most amazing flavour profiles and delivered all the way for Throsk to The Floodgate in Digbeth (307 Miles) we cannot get enough of the stuff.

BOË GINS ALWAYS STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD.
Boë Gin is lovingly created in small batches under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, where rare hand-picked botanicals and spices are infused in the finest neutral grain spirit, liberating the full flavour of triple-filtered Boë Gin, creating a high-class gin, characteristically citrus with extraordinary balance and smoothness.
Boë Gin takes its name from Franz de le Boe; legend has it when Professor Franz was in search of a medicinal tonic he mixed neutral spirit with juniper berries and created gin.
The award-winning Boë Gin family are distilled at our premises in the village of Throsk, near Stirling. We pride ourselves on the quality of our gins and on being distinctive by bringing new flavours to gin. Enjoy your Boë!
