'What is Hooch?' we sometimes hear the uninitiated cry. Well, if you are Generation X or even a Millennial you may have spent many a night sipping an alcopop classic back in the day. In summary, it's a sparkling alcoholic lemon brew made with real lemons and natural lemon flavours, containing real juicy bits. Hooch is truly a legend of the drinks world. Originally launched in 1995 it had a brief sabbatical in the noughties but are now firmly back in the nation's hands.

At The Floodgate we are lucky to have space for 6 Curling lanes, 3 Indoors & 3 Outdoors. These have been specially constructed from a special plastic which allows our bespoke curling stones to slide on the surface with adapted ball bearings.
