Cardiovascular Fitness: Although The Floodgate offers baseball on a smaller scale (in a cage) it can still provide a good cardiovascular workout. From running around the cage to collect your balls, you will exercise Cardio, which strengthens your heart muscle and improves lung capacity. Being a batter, you will get short bursts of cardiovascular exercise hitting those home runs.

It has been wonderful to see you all coming out to meet your old friends and family, play some games, eat some street food and sink our insane cocktails and craft beers under the fresh spring sunshine.
